In everyday living this in world, I can say that internet have a really big role now in every human lives. Many people including me have an incomplete day if we can’t use internet and visit our favorite websites. Back 2010 when I found that internet can be a source of income, seeing that there are people earning big bucks by putting up their own websites or blog. Recently I noticed that these two big worlds had similarity. In real world there are billboards, malls, libraries, playgrounds etc. While in cyber world advertisements usually found at the top page of a website, but it depends on a website owner where he/she place his advertisement. There’s also a website where you can shop online, just as you are shopping in a mall, Internet also have online library sites like Wikipedia that provides millions of information to its visitors every day. Internet will be boring if activities are only about reading, watching vids, listening music and writing articles, that’s why there are also gaming websites putted up by thousands of webmasters around the world to make internet more fun. There are many things online similar to the real world, but I can’t enumerate it all with just one article that’s why I only put the most common things I noticed while browsing the net.
Internet and real world had a big connection now. From businesses to Entertainment, It’s a very big help for every business owner to advertise their products to millions of people from all over the world or locally. Example of that is the google adsense that displays advertisement of big companies partnered with them, to websites and blogs that applied to them as a publisher. When a blog or website owner applied to be a publisher in adsense or any online advertising company, it enables advertisement of particular advert company to appear in their site. In return, the owner of that site will be paid for every click people made to the advertisement putted in their site, making them to earn also.
Internet is massively used also by many people now to jump their way to the world of entertainment, simply by posting their video performing to various streaming sites like Youtube. Imagine millions of people visiting Youtube every day, if some of them like your video it will be virally distributed and it will easily make thousands or millions of views if you are lucky. Some products of online fame are Justine Bieber, Charice Pempengco, here in Philippines we have moymoy palaboy and kuya Jobert (both working now as an actor in two big TV network here in ph).
Internet has a very big help now for every one of us, but too much interaction with this technology will also cause some problems in your life. Problems like early blurring of vision, stress, eye bugs, and it can also affect your social life. Like smoking and drinking alcohol, you must also use your computer in moderation. Coz internet and computer will be useless if your eyes are already blind. In short we must balance and take priority with our life outside the real world than life inside a machine.
